Goods will be accepted for return and credit provided the following conditions are met :

They are not of merchantable quality and are verified as such on receip by Manhattan Peanuts Ltd.

The policy in respect of return of goods which are not required by the customer for reasons other than merchantable quality are as follows :

• Notification of impending return must be advised within seven days.
• Only full cartons of goods, as supplied, will be accepted for credit.
• Goods must be received by Manahattan within 21 Days of notification.
• Credit will only issue on receipt of goods.

These conditions do not affect statutory rights.
